Please note that we can only guarantee a seat if you make your reservation in advance. Online reservations are accepted until 2 days before the day of trip before 17:00 (JST). Depending on availability, we may be able to accept last minute reservations made on the phone.

・40% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), 1 day before the reserved day
・100% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), on the reserved day

Length of trip
The length depends on your destination and the traffic conditions. We drop off passengers in the fastest order possible.
Kansai Airport ↔ Kyoto: 2.5-3 hours
Itami Airport ↔ Kyoto: 1.5-2 hours
Kansai Airport ↔ Kobe/Ashiya: 1.5-2 hours
We may ask you to change vehicle during your trip so we can get you to your destination faster and more efficiently.
Seating arrangements
Seating arrangements cannot be made during the reservation. You can choose the most suitable seat for yourself when you get in the vehicle.
It is possible that we need to ask your group members to take a ride other than yours if your destination is different so we can arrange the shortest possible trip for everyone.

Baby strollers
The shuttle buses can transport baby strollers but only the FOLDING TYPE BABY STROLLERS. Please fold your stroller so we can put it in the trunk.
Transporting animals
Animals not are allowed in the vehicle except for guide dogs.

Smoking in the shuttle
For the best travel experience, all of our Skygate Shuttles are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking during the ride.
In case you miss your flight
If you miss your flight due to bad weather or other uncontrollable elements, server traffic conditions etc. our shuttle service will be free of charge! (Kyoto->Airport)
