There are interpreters available for JPY 1,500 / per hour.
① The prices include consumption tax and foreign language service charge.
② Entrance fees, parking fees and toll fees (if necessary) are not included. Please note that we also require customers to pay for toll fees in case we need to use the toll road when approaching the place of pick-up or when returning to Kyoto after drop off. (ex.: Kobe, Nagoya, Mt Kōya)
③ The fares are only applicable if the place of pick-up and drop-off is within Kyoto City.
④ We require a cancellation fee of 100% of the fare for cancellations made within 1 day before the day of trip until 18:00 JST.)

Wait for our reply. Kyoto branch: within 2 days, Osaka branch: within 3 days, Kobe branch: within 3 days
Discuss the details of your tour with our staff including your payment via email and obtain your reservation number (only Kyoto MK).

We highly recommend to make your reservation a few months before your tour if you travel in the high season (Cherry Blossom season in March-April, Autumn leaves season in October-November).

We can send you a quotation if you contact us through the online reservation form. Reservations should be submitted at least 3 days before the reserved date.
Escort from/to the platform of a station
Our driver can enter the platform and guide you to/from your train. He can help you with your luggage and show you the way.
The service is available for the price of the cheapest train ticket (about JPY 200) + parking fee (if necessary).
Sightseeing tour without reservation
Start your tour immediately! (first come first served!)
Our English and Chinese speaking staff at our VIP station - 1 minute walk from the Hachijo exit of Kyoto Station - would gladly help you to arrange a sightseeing tour on the spot.

Pick-up place at the airport
Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. This service is free of charge.

Baby seat (under 1 year): not available for rent, but we can install your seat

Baby strollers
Most of our cars can transport baby strollers but only the FOLDING TYPE BABY STROLLERS. Please let us know if you carry a stroller upon reservation.
Non-smoking vehicles
For the best travel experience, all of our vehicles are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking during the ride.
